Our Story
Emartbuy didn’t start in gift packaging. We actually began as a mobile accessories business — selling phone cases, tablet covers, and tech accessories online. It was a competitive space, but it taught us everything about e-commerce, customer service, and running a tight warehouse operation.
Over time, we noticed a growing demand from our customers for quality gift packaging — boxes, bags, and presentation products that looked premium without the premium price tag. We started sourcing a small range of gift boxes alongside our tech products, and the response was overwhelming. Customers loved them.
So we made a decision: go all in on gift packaging. We phased out mobile accessories and focused entirely on what our customers were telling us they wanted — beautiful, affordable, eco-friendly packaging for every occasion.
That pivot changed everything. What started as a side range has grown into a dedicated operation with over 1,800 products, a 15,000 sq ft warehouse in Birmingham city centre, and customers across the UK and Europe. From individual gift-givers wrapping birthday presents to retailers packaging thousands of products a month, we serve them all with the same care and attention.
We’re still a family-run team at heart. Every order is picked, packed, and dispatched by people who genuinely care about getting it right. That’s not a marketing line — it’s just how we work.

We source our luxury gift boxes from manufacturers who use recycled paperboard — thick, sturdy, and responsibly sourced. The vast majority of our products are fully recyclable and naturally biodegradable.
Our boxes arrive pre-assembled or flat pack, meaning less wasted material and zero hassle for you. And because they’re built to last, most customers keep and reuse them as storage boxes and keepsakes long after the gift has been opened.
We’re not perfect, and there’s always more to do. But every year we take steps to make our products and operations more sustainable.

We operate from our own 15,000 sq ft warehouse near St Paul’s Square in Birmingham city centre. Every product you see on our website is sitting on our shelves right now, ready to be picked, packed, and dispatched.
