We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1500 hrs on the day of ordering during the working day. Goods ordered after 1500 will be dispatched on the next working day. Goods ordered after 1500 hrs on Friday to Sunday midnight will be dispatched on Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday. Goods can be sent to your registered credit card address or alternatively to another address providing all details are confirmed. Please note that Emartbuy.co.uk reserves the right to change the delivery method or carrier without prior notice to an equal or superior service.

Our postage and packaging is based on weight, so we charge you depending upon the weight of the item ordered. We have a set weight for each item which is added if you order multiple items or more than 1 in quantity. Also included in the postage and packaging is a shipment charge per consignment. Details of our postage rates can be found in the chart below.

Please note: For UK delivery if the weight of the item is greater than 1Kg, we automatically use Special Delivery/Courier.

All goods are fully insured. We have even arranged to insure goods sent by 1st class recorded delivery using a third party insurance company. We recommend that for urgent deliveries, the Special delivery/Courier option is selected.

Next Working Day delivery

This service will be carried out by Royal Mail or Interlink Express, part of the Geopost group.

This service applies to orders placed on a working day before 15.00hrs. Orders placed on a Friday before 15.00hrs will be dispatched for a Monday delivery. Orders placed after 15.00hrs Friday and Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday. A signature is required on delivery, if no one is home a card will be posted through the door with contact information. If the attempted delivery is by Royal Mail you will need to go to your local sorting office to pick up the item. Please take the card and identification with you. If the delivery is by Courier they will attempt to re-deliver the next day. If is still not delivered, it can be collected from the depot, details of which can be found on the card they would have left.

Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery

This service will be carried out by Royal Mail. Please allow up to 1-4 days for this delivery option.

A signature will be required on delivery, if no one is home a card will be posted through the door with contact information. You will need to go to your local Royal Mail sorting office to pick up the item. Please take the card and identification with you. If for any reason, goods are not delivered within 5 working day, please email us at info@emartbuy.co.uk

International delivery

Please allow up to 10 days for this delivery. This service will be carried out by Royal Mail. A signature is required on delivery, if no one is home a card will be posted through the door with contact information. If the attempted delivery is by mail you will need to go to your local sorting office to pick up the item. Please take the card and identification with you.

All goods are sent by services that require signature upon delivery. As such we offer customers the option to select a different delivery address which could be your office address or some other address. At the time of ordering, an option to select a delivery address will appear. Kindly complete the details therein.
